New Website, many functions

Our new English website was launched on 22 January. New functions and services provide our customers with even more support for their success. Visitors will find not only the entire RUVILLE product range for engines and chassis available for consulting online, but also further added value from extended service downloads. Technical information, product catalogues, sales folders and product photos can now be downloaded in next-to-no time.

Our contact forms offer the best way of getting in touch with us directly if you need more information, want to apply for a guarantee or damage claim or are interested in attending one of our training events.

You can order our products directly through our on-line catalogue or HGV database by sending an e-mail to the Customer Service personnel.

At the moment the website is available in German and English; further languages will follow soon.

New: Ruville Seal of Quality

All our engine and chassis parts face tough demands – but that's nothing compared to what they've already been through. After all, when it comes to quality, we make sure that our products are of the highest demands.
This includes among others safeguarding OE quality and certification to the Group Exemption Regulation, as well as product review by RWTH Aachen University and Germanisch Lloyd.
We implement our own quality demands for you: from product quality via employees know-how through to our complaints handling process. And so you can be sure that wherever you see our seal of quality, you can expect German know-how.

Technical Information

The availability and timely delivery of our top quality products together with the provision of corresponding information in terms of diagnosis and installation are an integral component of RUVILLE's corporate philosophy.

The technical complexity and requisite know-how for performing professional repairs is growing all the time, presenting an ever increasing challenge particularly to the so-called independent garages.
RUVILLE offers a wide range of services so that players on the independent spare parts market can meet these challenges in future too; examples include technical classes and a customer hotline. Furthermore, important product and repair information is made available directly through the constant flow of publications in the Information Service.
It goes without saying that the service information is also provided on our website.
